Dr Henry Begg
Application Engineering Manager
Henry studied for an undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge before joining the University of Oxford, where he completed a PhD on processing of aluminium matrix composites. He then worked for TWI Ltd for 10 years, leading the surface, corrosion and interface engineering team who performed a variety of applied research and consultancy projects across a broad range of industry sectors.
He now manages PLX’s Application Engineering team, whose expert materials scientists provide support to customers and ensure they are getting the most out of PIP testing.
